Below is the form required to register your child for our Summer Camp and our Kinder Kamp programs.    Please complete a separate form for each child that will be attending. 

    Kinder Kamp is for children that will be entering Kindergarten Fall 2023 and was developed to help them transition from preschool to school.  Kinder Kamp will follow the same themes but some activities will be modified to suit the younger age. 

    Summer Camp is for children that have completed Kindergarten and are entering Grade 1 or higher grades.

    Please check only the weeks your child will be attending and submit no later than April 28, 2023.  Please give careful consideration for the weeks that you choose below, as your pre-authorized debit amounts throughout the summer will reflect all of the weeks you choose and this forms your official contract with Small Blessings Summer Program.  Once this contract is completed and submitted, it will become your financial commitment and the contract stands, up to and including  September 5, 2023.
     
    We have planned fun and exciting activities that your children are sure to enjoy. Hopefully you find a variety of activities that will enhance components such as, physical activity, science, the arts, entrepreneurship and leadership.

    Daily snacks and meals are provided except on the days that there are planned outings.
     
    After April 28, 2023, registration for existing Small Blessings families, we will open to the general public for full weeks from May 8 until June 9, 2023.   As of June 19 individual days will be made available at a minimum of 2 days per week at a cost of $37.80 daily, on a first come first serve basis.
